You can either place the order online, or you can send your file to sales@namebadgesinternational.com.au with your design/logo along with the specifications (size, material, fitting, and quantity), so that we can provide you with a quote. > What file format do you need for logos or designs? High-resolution files such as PDF, EPS, or PNG are preferred for best results. > How do I send the names to you? Please send us the name list using an excel sheet. > Do you provide a mock up before we go ahead? We require payment prior to Artwork and production. > Do you offer eco-friendly options? Yes, we offer eco-friendly name badges made from sustainable materials such as bamboo. > What payment options are available? We accept bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, and purchase orders (for approved accounts). > Do you offer an account? We require a long term trading history to offer N30 account. > Can I have a custom background design or colour? Custom Background: Upload your background as a logo and stretch it across your design. Custom Colours: Select a PMS colour or provide an RGB breakdown. > How much do you charge for artwork and/or setup? We do not charge any setup or design fees for name badges. > Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? There is no minimum quantity. You can even order just one badge. Larger quantities offer better pricing. But custom sizes and special cuts may require a minimum of 10 pieces. > What is the typical turnaround time? Lead time to dispatch the order from the payment date is 3-5 working days. For urgent orders, We offer, 1. **Same Day Dispatch**: Orders submitted before 11 am are shipped out the very same day. 2. **Next Day Dispatch**: Orders will be on their way the next day, providing a quick solution for urgent need. |
