General Questions> Do you accept international orders? YES. Through our Name Badges International division you can visit: www.namebadgesinternational.com. Then select the closest geographical location to order from. > What do I do if I forget my password? You can reset your password or log in to your account and request a new one. Name Badges> How do I design and order name badges online? Contact our customer service team on 02 8003 5046 if you need help. For multiple names, use our XLS template: Click to download the template. > Can I have a custom background design or colour? Custom Background: Upload your background as a logo and stretch it across your design. > How much do you charge for artwork and/or setup? We do not charge any setup or design fees for name badges. > What is the minimum order quantity? There is no minimum quantity. You can even order just one badge. Larger quantities offer better pricing. > What is the production time? Production is 1–3 working days (for online orders). If using express post, include your due date at checkout. For urgent orders, contact us — we can usually accommodate. Metal Badges> Is there a setup cost? Only for precious metal badges (e.g., 9ct gold, Sterling Silver). > What is the turnaround time for metal badges? Approximately 30 working days from artwork approval. |
